Cancellation / Refund Policy

At Vesture, we understand that you may want to customize your orders to suit your preferences. We offer size, color, and minor pattern customizations for our existing designs.

To request customizations, please provide the necessary details in the ‘Note Section’ during the checkout process. Please note that any pattern customizations may incur additional charges, depending on the complexity of the design.

Cancellation Policy:

If you decide to cancel an order, we kindly request that you do so within two hours of placing it. Orders cancelled within this time frame will be eligible for a credit note with a validity of 2 months. Please note that we do not accept cancellations for custom orders.

Returns and Refunds Policy:

Our garments are all on a made to order basis. Once your order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you. Courier charges will be applicable for the same

We also do not offer any refunds.

 

Custom Sizing and Design:

For orders placed in standard sizing that require custom measurements, you can send the product back to us for alterations. Additional charges for both shipping and customization will apply, and we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with the fit.
