Customizations, Returns and Refunds

• At Vesture, we understand that you may want to customize your orders to suit your preferences. We offer size, color, and minor pattern customizations for our existing designs.
• To request customizations, please provide the necessary details in the ‘Note Section’ during the checkout process. Please note that any pattern customizations may incur additional charges, depending on the complexity of the design.

Cancellation Policy:

• If you decide to cancel an order, we kindly request that you do so within two hours of placing it. Orders cancelled within this time frame will be eligible for a refund/credit note with a validity of 12 months. Please note that we do not accept cancellations for custom orders.

Returns and Refunds Policy:

• We accept returns only for items that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from the online description. Customized or special delivery orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
• To request a return or refund for standard size and design orders, please contact us via email at vesture.sk@gmail.com or call us at +91 9998098109 within 24 hours of receiving the product.
• The returned product must be in its original condition, unused and unworn, and must be repackaged in the same format as it was received. Once we receive the returned product in its original condition, we will initiate the refund process, which will be completed within 7 working days to the bank account details provided by you. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
• If you choose cash on delivery or prepaid with return pick-up, a fee of Rs. 250/- will apply. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order to initiate a return request. In a return situation, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Exchange:

• If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or pattern, we can accommodate this request, provided the item is in stock. Please be aware that any price difference will be charged accordingly. For us to facilitate this exchange, it’s imperative that we have your primary contact number.
• We’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction and would be delighted to exchange the goods for another item of your choice or a different size. However, please note that postage charges will apply, and availability of sizes and colors may vary for exchanges.

Restocking Charges:

In the event that a restocking is necessary, charges will be applicable as follows:

• USA: $35 + Import duty
• Europe (excluding the United Kingdom): €30 + Import duty
• UK: £25 + Import duty

These restocking charges are to be borne by the customer.

Custom Sizing and Design:

• For orders placed in standard sizing that require custom measurements, you can send the product back to us for alterations. Additional charges for both shipping and customization will apply, and we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with the fit.
